In 2014, we embarked on a journey with a dream—the American Dream. Leaving behind our homeland of Italy, we brought with us not just our belongings, but the deep-rooted traditions and love for Italian food. Our dream was simple: to share the joy that food brings, especially the rich flavors of Italy that can truly make people happy.
In 2022, that dream became a reality when we opened Pausa Caffè, our first family-run business. The name reflects what we cherish most—a moment to pause and savor the finer things in life, like good coffee, great food, and even better company. We believe that food is the universal language of happiness, and what better cuisine to spread joy than Italian food?
